Hidden Girl: The True Story of a Modern-Day Child Slave by Shyima Hall

3.0

I have this thing with reading memoirs and autobiographies. I really enjoy them. Reading this book about a 8 year old child slave was sometimes difficult. She endured a lot of terrible things. Although it was a bit slow, I really enjoyed reading this. It most definitely made me grateful for the country I live in and the childhood I had.
