The Deepest Blue by Sarah Beth Durst

5.0

The Deepest Blue is a lovely companion to the Queens of Renthia trilogy. The setting was fabulous, both beautiful and frightening, and the "mystery" and suspense were very well done. I was quite anxious during several parts of the book, and I devoured it in about a day. Mayara and Roe had a great friendship and the supporting characters were very well developed. I also thought the romance worked quite well. It was important, but supplemental.
