Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
Becky Chambers' writing is always highly praised, and I adore scifi, so I thought this was gonna be a Very Good read.
It's not.
As much as I love slice of life, this book didn't make it. The pacing is so slow, the settings descriptions are <i>boring</i>, there are no conflicts whatsoever, and I felt apathetic towards the characters. Up to this point, it felt like I was reading a script for a sci-fi cartoon. I cannot bring myself to finish this book.
