Fredrik Backman captures the love for & meaning of sports perfectly; I was so invested in the story & characters although I‘ve never been particularly interested in hockey (I still couldn’t care less about it in real life). This book is about SO much more than that.
I also did not expect to (be able to?) care that much about so many different characters but his writing makes it really easy to keep up with and fall in love with all of them (notkevin obviously)
