Interesting as a study in an unreliable narrator and rhetorical long term effects of childhood trauma (especially how it can stunt emotional growth) if you’re into that sort of thing… which I’m not. Adam is a far cry from the proactive male lead readers may expect if they’re coming to this from
the Rosie series.
