Kingdom of Ash was... everything.
I feel like each character in the entire series got their "moments" in this book -the reunions had me balling, the growth and character development for EVERYONE, the friendships, the romace, the inner healing, was all perfection. I cried so much, I laughed, I was blissfully happy and then I was angry and confused and on edge with each turn of the page.

The action was FULL ON, i was constantly having to stop myself from racing ahead because my heart was racing.
When you reach what feels like 'the end' and resolution, and then realise there's still well over 100 pages to go, you know so much more shit is about to go down!

Aelin. Our girl. What a journey. What a woman - ALL the women in this book in general, I mean, YEAH THE GIRLS!! 👏🏻
I love that her plans have plans that have plans of their own and through everything (AND THATS A WHOLE LOTTA EVERYTHING) she has gone through she is still the girl we've loved since the start of this series (or in my case AB!)

What a hectic, scary, adorable, amazing, sad, beautiful, wholesome end to the series (though I hope this is NOT the end to all the characters we met - of half met IYKYK - and Sara does her thing in future books so we can keep reading about them!)
