A Soul as Cold as Frost by Jennifer Kropf

Did not finish book.

The story concept and ideas are right up there with a best seller by way of Harry Potter or Percy Jackson. Honestly, I am so excited by the concept of this book. Unfortunately, it is in the hands of an undeveloped writer and so the story is practically unreadable in its current state. So. MANY. Similes. Too many. Its like if you took the story of Narnia and entrusted it in the hands of a high schooler. So much potential but published way too soon. My hope is that the author hones their skill, gets a proper editor, and then publishes a revised edition of this book in 10 years time.
