This was a charming romance,  I would give it 4 stars. I have liked this author’s books overall, small town romances for the most part, though this one is in Baltimore. Some sexy time but not a ton, just charming funny characters. The presenting plot doesn’t really matter that much in this kind of romance. It’s the vibes, the banter, the funny scenes, the emotional moments. I shed a few tears, but it wasn’t ever cringeworthy plot devices. Recommend if you like that kind of romance! It was a very feel good read. ☺️ Very enjoyable overall. #4stars #charmingromance
