Tình Yêu Tìm Thấy by Johanna Lindsey

4.0

The fourth book in Lindsey’s Reid Family series, and quite the lovely read. I thought the start was quite slow and a bit clunky in execution. It took a good third of the book to really get stuck into the heart of the story.

Once it did, I really enjoyed the moments between Devin and Amanda, it was like a slightly watered down version of Man of My Dreams in some ways, except Devin actually was a horse breeder, rather than a duke.

I liked how this one unfolded with their romance, from adversarial to becoming friends, I just got a little frustrated with the “obstacle” as such. The side storyline with the heir seemed somewhat pointless, as I don’t think it provided much momentum to the main storyline aside from the meeting towards the end. Which could have been engineered in another manner.

I liked the characters and enjoyed the story, it wasn’t one that really hooked into my emotions, but it was a great way to pass a few hours and there was very little to dislike about this one.
