i wanted to write a review sooner but work didn't let me AND NOW I JUST MISS THEM SO MUCH!! ok it was my first book by julie soto and it was so good, idk what she put in the book but i was hooked since page one and i just couldn't put down and i wanted to read and read i was so obsessed indeed, she has such a different and unique way of writing that i loved so much, it wasn't like masterpiece or something but it was different and a different good really good i loved it!! can't exactly explain 100% what it is but i know it's different and fast paced and addictive!
i loved ama, she was a ride, always working and she couldn't stop also a lot of energy too, fearless and kinda flirty but also really kind and down to earth and always there to help others and yeah her work was to plan a wedding but she was always so invested in the couples she kinda becomes their friend in a way and i think that's really cute of her and kind but also she has a few dilemmas and i love that at the end she finally figures it out that elliot isn't like the others and won't break her heart and that she can trust him and he will support her no matter what and be there for her always!! then elliot my man elliot my man of a few words but a man of action elliot i love him i love him so much and his personality might not be for everyone but he's so fun and also down to earth and determined and he might be rude and sometimes an asshole but he loves fearlessly and deeply and cares so much, the way he was always defending ama and be so supportive of her work and hyping her up, I LOVE HIM he is such a acts of service kind of man i love it!!
im just a second chance girly and theirs was definitely amazing, the reason behind the break up and the fall out was understandable and at the same time i just wanted to shake ama and open her eyes like "that's a fine man right there he's the best what the hell are you doing???" but then elliot shouldn't really asked her that question out of the blue in a way so i understand both sides and then when they reunite and how they work together to plan this couple's wedding that also wanted them together too it was definitely fun and fast paced in a good way and just a good book, i really loved it!! so happy for ama and elliot for finally being together and having the happy ever after, just wanted a little novella of them like in the future and to see how they're doing i mean i miss them!! the couple was also really fun and cute, jackie and hazel helped ama getting more clients and they did love her job and her so im happy they "found" her and she accepted yeah!! ama's mom tho? that's many marriages?? damn woman slow down enjoy the sun the friendship some time alone too i guess!!
definitely going to read more of julie soto can't wait im so excited and idk i really did love her writing style damn!!
