The Orc and the Innkeeper
by Cora Crane
Normally, I try to give a two-sentence summary of the book, but I went a little overboard this time.
TL;DR: Did I say I had a human fiancé? What I meant was,“You’re a butthead who needs to get over your prejudice against magical creatures if you want to tap into this market.” And, yeah, she’s that hot girl I’ve been actively avoiding since high school when I was a butthead with prejudice just like you! I mean she was hot then too, which was why I was a bigger butthead, because I liked her and I wasn’t supposed to. Nah, we’re cool now (you know since I got on my knees in front of her ::winky face::) and this could never blow up in my face with my butthead prejudice parents (who actually have a good reason to mistrust humans, generational trauma and all that). Want to do business?
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the book. At least one of the sex scenes was not my style:when he kept saying he was sorry for his behavior in high school as he was performing cunnilingus on her , but overall it was good. I'll continue the series, but don't feel the need to own them.
