Malum Discordiae by Ashlyn Drewek

2.0

This would have been a fun read if the enemies to lovers romance hadn't dragged. It was like Cassius and Graeme took one step forward and then two steps back when it came to getting to know and trusting each other. The miscommunication--and utter lack of communication at all--made it impossible for me to accept them as a couple with genuine feelings for each other. The end reveal here regarding who was behind it all was also basically dumped on the reader through a few pages of explanation and that was it.

I'm really bummed I disliked this because the setting here and the entire premise with the witches and magic were so so so cool.
