In modern day urdu writers, if there is someone who can spread the charm with her pen and then exterminate the exit for her readers, it's Sumaira. I don't think so any other writer of 21st century could beat her in her command over the urdu language and the way she spins the tale to hypnotize her audience.
And I must say, every "man" in Pakistan needs to read this book. This is not a story, it's a genre in itself.
By the way, why just stop at the sea of time, Sumaira? Why can't Carl and Dabeesa be so much more than that?
