Safety in Numbers by Sophie Penhaligon

Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.
This was so cringeworthy, they work together for months but know nothing about each other. She is still calling him “Dr. Grant” in her head and musing about how perfect he *looks* and how everyone wants him. It’s all so one dimensional, no real relationship is built before he’s calling her sweetheart, then saying oh of course this is why I was attracted to you you’re going to be firecracker in bed. The first time they have sex she walks into his room and strips, he thinks about how perfect and hairless she is all over urgh. Just awful I had to stop reading it.
It could have been such a good story but instead it was like two robots, stilted (and not because of her brain injury) and cold.
