The Trouble with Testosterone: And Other Essays on the Biology of the Human Predicament
by Robert M. Sapolsky
Although the book wasn’t about something I expected it to be, I enjoyed every page. Robert Sapolsky knows how to make my nerdy part out, so I forget about social media, responsibilities, and social norms by torturing people at parties with baboon stories.
There is not a lot to learn about testosterone. If that’s your goal, you definitely should find something else. Read it if you are interested in Sapolsky’s works and way of thinking. If you haven’t read anything from him, maybe try “Why zebras don’t get ulcers” out first.
