It's been a while since I read a Kristen Ashley book and I honestly thought I would hate this but I was pleasantly surprised. Avenging Angels is the start of a new series that is basically Rock Chicks but in a different city, following the next generation of Hot Guys. We follow a character that is basically a new Jules, and a grown up Slim, now 'Cap,' the adopted son of Shirleen/mentee of Vance and Jules. It was a hell of a fun read, and a lot less problematic than Ashley's previous works.
