I am so happy that I started reading “New Adult.” This book is a perfect friends-to-lovers romance! For fans of '13 Going on 30' and gay sh*t, read this!!
The story follows Nolan, an aspiring comedian, as he navigates his unspoken crush on his best friend, his complex family dynamics, and his comedic career. With a few bumps in the road and a journey through time, Nolan finally figures out how to balance all the things that are important to him in his life.
Nolan made me want to scream, made me laugh, and ultimately made me fall in love with his character. I don’t want to give too much away, but grab your favorite candle, a boujie face mask, your puppy of choice, and any crystal. Then, sit down and read this book!
