Hazel Fine Sings Along by Katie Wicks
Did not finish book.
I received a copy of this story from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Barely 2 stars. The very first sentence had me wondering if I should keep reading. It was a poorly written sentence, sounding very young and amateurish. From reading other reviews, I guess it established the tone of the story.
What I read of the plot was chaotic at best. I don't really want to root for Hazel. Sure, I know she has a past that she ran away from but it was gogogo from page one and I never had a chance to connect with her.
I knew this would be in the realm of reality TV (not a favorite of mine) but the synopsis sounded cool and deeper than that drama. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to deliver on that feeling.
This is a no for me.
