Unfortunately, I decided to not finish the series. I made it to page 185 before I decided to put it down. The premise of a villain being the main character and seeing her descent into darkness would’ve been interesting, and it is a great idea, I guess the storyline itself just didn’t keep me interested enough.

It’s a shame because people really seem to enjoy the trilogy, and maybe for me it’s because I have other books I’d rather read before, so maybe it’s not that I’m quitting Rose Society, I’m putting it on hold for books I’m more interested in opening up right now

So, for now at least, I’m going to say “To Be continued...”
