If I could rate this higher than a 5, I totally would. This book absolutely blew me away from start to finish.
Since the epilogue I read prior to this series coming out, I was incredibly intrigued by Creighton’s backstory. Then after reading God of Malice I was intrigued by the dynamics between Annika and Creighton.
I loved everything about this book and found myself sobbing a few times while I was reading this. I was so invested in the story and just kept rooting for the two of them, especially Creighton. He is probably my favorite second generation character so far.
