I’ve noticed that with me, Colleen Hoover’s books are a hit or a miss, well when I say a miss, it’s 3 stars out of 5, it’s not that I don’t like it, it’s that I like it less than the others.

I’m already ending the suspense: Reminders of Him is a hit. I rank it right below Heart Bones (and you know how much I loved Heart Bones!)

In my opinion, Colleen Hoover has worked her magic again with this book. From the very first lines my heart was already bleeding for Kenna, and it wasn’t long before tears were rolling down my cheeks. Every emotion Kenna could feel, I felt along with her. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be in the same situation as her.

I also liked seeing things from Ledger’s point of view. Even though I sometimes wanted to yell at him for not making the decisions I wanted, I could understand why he acted the way he did. I found it easier to put myself in Kenna’s shoes than Ledger’s, and yet his way of thinking was just as legitimate.

I’m not going to say too much in this review, as in most of the ones I write for CoHo’s books, because I’m too afraid of giving away spoilers.

I’ll just say that I loved it and it will stay in my mind for a long time.

I give it a 5/5.

I highly recommend it.
