Things have gotten worse since I read this book. The reason it took so long to get through this was because I had no interest in finishing it. The third story is by far the best story which is unfortunate. The first story had potential but ends in such an abrupt way that makes it feel less good. The second story was boring and I just didn’t care for it.
I thought the end would loosely tie the three stories together, with a character or something like that but it’s just 3 short stories. Which is fine but I would’ve liked it more if you find out that the sugar mommy was the same person as the foreign neighbor who was the same person as the son.
