Had to buy the next book when I was nearing the end, definite cliffhanger
I loved this book a lot, more than the previous one.
The author likes to really describe everything, from the clothes, to the spaces and the food, but fortunately this book had a little less of the food descriptions (they were a bit excessive in the first book).
I read the previous book awhile ago, and had forgotten a lot of the details, but I really appreciated how the author recalled specific details of the first book to kinda answer the answered questions in this one.
I’m only hoping that we get to know the rest of the wicked a little more, and a badass Emilia that brings hell to everyone that’s been lying to her and deceiving her.
