Taking Chances by Molly McAdams
2.0

This book is bad and you should feel bad.

In a span of 33 e-book pages, the heroine left her home without batting an eyelash, met her roommate without being properly introduced and became best friends within 5 minutes, went to her first party looking like a slut, and typically slept beside a "hot" guy that she knew for like, 4 hours?

Now THAT escalated quickly.

This book is like a bad sitcom script. Or a really bad fanfic.

"Gah, why did he have to be so hot?" This girl is lacking personality and depth. Where the fuck did publishers find this book?! Out of Molly McAdam's ass?

*UPDATE*

Okay, I have to admit that after the first few shallow parts of the book, it wasn't entirely that bad. I give it props for making me cry over the span of the last few chapters, and asides from a few stupid chapters which I felt weren't important, it was pretty decent to read.

So yes, I would like to thank the author for making Harper pregnant thus being the turning point of the book, enough for it to deserve 2 stars. Would've made it 3 if not for making me so mad at first.
