I gave this 3.5 stars because I actually liked it, but the synopsis is misleading. This book is not MMF. It's MM and then MF. It got more engaging to me once Tristan picks up Isolde, but that happens about 3/4 of the way through. It's a very interesting take on Tristan & Isolde, and I do feel their connection was more natural, though they spent much less time together than Mark and Tristan. In contrast, it seems as if Tristan wanted to be owned and punished by this powerful, magnetic man because of his guilt and self-loathing rather than a genuine connection. I'm intrigued to see how this plays out in the next book, because it doesn't seem like it will be that smooth of an integration of relationships.
