This was ok. It was a fine typical, cookie-cutter thriller. It had the potential to be a wild ride, but I think the author tried to pack too much in. And while I don’t generally mind going back and forth in a time line, this was a bit too much. I listened to the audiobook and there was something about the narrator that made me feel disconnected, so perhaps this would be a 4 star if I had read the physical book instead.
