Disclaimer: Thank you to Sungrazer publishing for giving me an earc in exchange for an honest review!

Wow, I absolutely loved this book, which is no surprise because I've loved every Josie book I've ever read. While I wasn't as attached to this book at the start as I was with the other ones in this series, I was HOOKED in no time. This book made me love characters that I didn't think I could love. Josie's ability to do this is what made me fall so deeply in love with this book. The two prequel books to the Starcrossed series have become some of my favorite books, despite being written in first person. Typically, books written in first person throw me off, but Josie's writing and character development made me able to forget about it. This normally doesn't happen for me, so I was really impressed by it.

If you're reading this review you've probably read the rest of the series, and if you haven't, please go read them and come back to this book after. I 100% recommend reading this, even if you are a bit unsure if you want to read the prequels. I love the og characters and stories the best, but reading the prequels tie everything together! Your reading experience will be that much better if you read all of the books. Anyways, be prepared to cry :)
