Birthday Girl by Haruki Murakami
3.0
I love Murakami's writing but this has to be one of my least favorite so far. It might be because it's a short story, but it didn't really stood out to me. The sudden shift to first person threw me off a little. I thought it was in third person. But I like to think that we're reading the book in Murakami's point of view. That's why it's in first person and why he wrote this for his birthday.
