This book definitely had a grip on me while I was reading it but there were odd moments that ruined immersion, like the sex scene was just awkward, and all the times Olive and Adam were pressured into interacting were entirely avoidable. Not to mention the basis of their “relationship” was her
assaulting him?? Like come on.
 

I also had trouble getting over the fact that this is a Reylo Fanfic, but that might just be me. 

One thing I really liked though was every chapter starting with a “hypothesis” that teased the content of the chapter, that was fun and unique 

Oh and the ending was very satisfying when it came to solving the conflicts
