Teaching The Brain To Read by Duncan Milne

3.0

3.5 stars.

I enjoyed reading about how the brain is mapped, what side the brain controls, and the many different ways that it shows the root of reading. I also found it interesting how our brains were never meant to learn but it has become a skill that can be honed and I found it helpful in understanding how my children are learning to read. Helpful, informative, and well laid out. I did find parts of it a little dull, but the research made up for it.
