I love this book! How fun to step away from the new releases table at the bookstore (where I typically camp out), and discover this gem! The structure which jumps across time and space frequently, and large cast of characters made this a bit challenging at the beginning, but I grew to adore the frequent, witty break-ins from The Weems Weekly, and was able to remember who was where and when. I loved the growth of Evelyn Couch (and Towanda!), and the motherly support Ninny gave her - what a sweet friendship! The combination of many mini vignettes strung together with one underlying story is beautiful. Please read this and enjoy every page!
