My favorite part of the book was the first half, as the author explored the implications of this technology (the Lattuice) and how it affected people. The second half of the book though was severely lacking, and I found a lot of the character moments interesting in concept but not in execution.

However, this is a really good showing for an indie book I got for 89 cents so I am definitely positive towards this book. But it wasn’t for me.

However the cliffhanger had me wanting reading more so, maybe I’ll be doing that…
