I really enjoyed this story for light reading. I do agree with some reviewers that it was challenging to keep the characters straight for such an uncomplicated story, there were some questions I feel went unanswered, and I found much of the dialogue to be trite and unrealistic. So, why the 4 stars? It was an enjoyable story that I couldn't put down because I wanted to know what happened and I did care about a couple of the characters. My rating should probably be reduced to 3.5 stars, but as that is not an option, I'll give the author the benefit. I liked it enjoy to start the second book in the series, so I figure that's worth the extra .5 star.
