I didn’t like this book as much as the Raven Boys. I expected more out of it because it’s so well-loved.  The story began very slow, and while it got better towards the ending, I still couldn’t really connect with it or the characters. The romance wasn’t personally my cup of tea either, or I felt like the story focused a lot on that aspect. I did really like the dream magic system. It was very original, and I have never read something like it. I don’t think I am going to continue to read this series.
