This series is so fun & engaging for middle school teenagers and late tweeners. Hernandez gets these readers and makes them laugh out loud! His books are super fun to read with lots of cliff-hanging endings to chapters and it’s hard to quit for the evening. We are huge fans of Sal and Gabi at our house! My guy thought the 2nd one was as fun as the first.
