Nope.

2.5 stars for the subject matter in general being worthwhile, and for the fact that I think their intentions are in the right place. However, it's too trite, too smug, to know-it-all for guys who still have a lot to learn about life.

Also, I have to play the medical professional card here and call total BS on their "diet" chapter. So much bunk in there. "Organic produce is better because it has no pesticides." .... Um, nope. They are off in the woo-woo deep end here, and make several blanket statements that are just plain false. But they sure do love their juicers. They'll even give you the model number ...
