The Paradox of Heroes: Volume I by Nicholas Hanna

4.0

This was a great book and a really easy read! The story is so exciting that you don't want to put it down! I loved how three stories all ended up intertwining, although I was somewhat able to predict that. The puzzles were a really cool component that my inner nerd enjoyed!
I wish there was more character development, as I feel like I didn't get very much background or characterization but for such a short novel that is definitely a big task.
The dialogue also could be pretty cheesy at times.

Overall, this was an extremely unique story and a lot of fun to read. Even though it's a little outside my normal genre, I still enjoyed it!
