I enjoyed this book a lot but I did not love the ending... I would have probably given it 4 star without the last 3 pages as it totally changed the mood of finishing the book for me.
There was a twist I didn't see coming which is very unusual for me.
I loved the characters and the message of building community and the importance of human connection.
The story is spilt the current time and the past and I loved the back story of Hubert's life.
Overall a really great read
