I didn't finish this one. I got as far as page 169 and asked myself if I cared how it ended and I didn't.
I don't know if it's Fforde, or me, but I can't seem to get away with his books lately. Maybe I'm tired of the central gag, or there's only so much interest to be wrung from the concept, but either way, I'm done with Fforde for now.
