Wow, that was fantastic!

I went into this book with some idea of what to expect, based in the synopsis. I was pleasantly surprised to be way off the mark. This book went in directions I did not expect at all, and I loved every minute of it. I always have a soft spot for the guys who have had a rough past, and Brady and Cameron both have their fair share of traumas. When they first become linked, they were just trying to make the best out of an awkward situation, but after so much time in such close proximity their relationship develops into so much more. I loved how they shared their feelings and memories through their bond, and how Cameron was always trying to ease Brady's fears about The Faceless (who turned out to be a lot more rapey than I expected). It was unusually sweet and made me all gooey inside. I also really liked the originality of the plot line. It really did keep me guessing, especially the last third when Kai-Ren shows up, and it is not often that I can enjoy being surprised that way. This book was a wonderful surprise and I can't wait to read more!
