Not very well written, or supported in the book by any sort of evidence; his logic is based on random numbers and personal emotions. But, the concept is still good. One sentence summary of the message: get up an hour earlier than normal and do a bunch of stuff that everyone knows is good for you during that hour (exercise, meditate, visualize success, journal, read, etc.). The rest is all cheerleading, which, maybe people need in order to get up that hour earlier?
