The Carolina Comets series just won’t quit! Book 3 turns out strong despite centering around one of the tropes I don’t love- accidental pregnancy. This can be a hard one to do right but I think this book delivers. It manages to balance both Hollis and Lowell’s emotions about timing, priorities, and their feelings for one another. I enjoyed watching the progression of their relationship- antagonists to one night stand to finally getting to know and learn about each other. They are quite supportive partners. As always I love the banter between the love interests and the friend group. I am excited to see what happens next!
