This book. I felt like I was a vampire starving for blood with the way I needed to read it straight away.
And I’m glad I did.
This book was so much more serious then the first but somehow had to much more love and emotion in it.
Unfortunately for me the grovelling from Julian didn’t last as long as I wanted and I suppose it makes sense but it also makes Thea seem a little soft.
I want her to be more badass in the next one and I can see that starting already.
I can’t wait to continue the series even if it might be a little while before I get back to it.
