The Dark Divine by Bree Despain
5.0
The Dark Divine isn't in my top 10 'Most Original Books I've Read' but it's still one of my favourites. Even though it became obvious quite early on what Daniel was, there were still a few unexpected twists. To be honest, I thought Jude was just a golden boy that turned grumpy until Daniel told Grace about the incident in the chapel years ago. Then I started wondering.
It's a good story, and it did keep me reading. I liked how the lead character, Grace Divine, adapted and grew gradually throughout the book. All in all, a great book (in my opinion) and I can't wait until The Lost Saint :).
