Okay....so I did like this one better than the first in the series- [b:The Raven Prince|28863|The Raven Prince (Princes Trilogy, #1)|Elizabeth Hoyt|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1461447638l/28863._SY75_.jpg|29348], but I'm not sure that's saying much. I ultimately liked the MCs better in this novel and subsequently was able to finish this one without feeling the drag. That said, I don't think I'm going to continue with this series. I might pick it up, or another of the authors in the future, but we'll see!

Let's talk about the MCs in this novel because they kept me motivated to keep reading and are the best thing about this book. George is a lovely FMC and truly great at playing the naive heroine. There were times in the book where I felt like she was playing dumb but then the next minute, she'd actually do something dumb and I'd be like...
