A Tapping At My Door by David Jackson
2.0
Very confusing writing style. The main character, a psychologically damaged young copper, that reads like a posh man in his 60s who's never experienced a dark day in his life. Couldn't marry the two and the result was an entirely unconvincing character with a weirdly unfitting back story and a premise that started off promisingly creepy but changed direction to the mundane at the last minute. And the serial killer was less convincing than the main character. Such a weird read.
