This book was the perfect blend of mystery and romance with dark academia vibes.
Violet, a professor at Montgomery Prep, can’t stop wondering about the student that went missing. Chance, the cute guy Violet meets at the bar, is this year's newest professor with a room right next to hers. Together, they make it their mission to figure out the secrets that have been hidden.
The slow burn, forbidden romance between Chance and Violet was so fun and spicy. The mysteries at Montgomery Prep had me guessing the whole time. At one point, I thought this story was going to go in a different direction, but I'm glad I was wrong.
Overall, I really enjoyed it and hope to read more from AJ Wynn!
