The Redo by Max Monroe
5.0

This was the perfect ending to the Winslow brothers and their family, I was dying to read Remy’s story and I loved how everything happened between him and Maria, they were wonderful together and reading the moments between Remy and Izzy were totally the best, they were really cute and Maria and Izzy were the family Remy always wanted but never knew he needed.

Maria and Remy were high school sweethearts and he was older for 2 years so when he went to college they broke up and didn’t see each other for 26 years. Now they meet again twice trapped in an elevator and while Maria is pregnant Remy does everything to help her. Almost 2 months later Maria is still struggling with her job and taking care of her daughter so she asks Remy for help and they start spending more time together.

Remy was always good with her niece as a baby and now so he was happy to help Maria and he always tried to be there for her and Izzy. He was really sweet with her and I loved how all of his family took them in like their own. Maria and Remy had a lot of history and I really enjoyed reading the chapters from their past and how in the present they acted like they were never apart all those years. Remy went through a difficult moment in the past so he never had a relationship after that, but spending time with Maria and Izzy showed him that he could have a second chance with the woman he always loved.

They had an amazing relationship and while Maria was hesitant at first asking for help, Remy always reassured her that he wanted to be there for her. Also, I loved their interactions and how much chemistry they had and how little by little all of their feelings started resurfacing. Each of them went through some hard things but at the end they had each other and I really loved the beautiful family they created.

Reading the extended epilogue was the best too, the Winslow family was amazing and they all deserved their happy endings. I loved reading the banter between the brothers and how much they all changed, it took them some time but at the end everyone got the family they deserved.
