Howard the Duck, Volume 0: What the Duck? by Chip Zdarsky

Not nearly as bad as I expected. Sometimes clever, sometimes witty. And with guest stars like She-Hulk and Rocket Raccoon, actually used pretty well. I was made to care for a duck, at least a little bit. Sure it was also dumb, but nowhere close to like a Deadpool level. And Peter Parker was written wrong but in a way that captures Howards's perspective. And it recognized current Marvel Universe continuity and made use of it. Definitely not horribly bad.
