Let's face it, the Bible can be a little intimidating, whether or not one grew up in church. This book takes the Bible and turns into a novel-like journey from the very beginning to the end. It provides a great big picture view and makes certain threads more clear. For me it also highlighted the aspect of God's relationship with people, and His continued desire for relationship with us. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants the core points of the Biblical story with an emphasis on grace and redemption.
